{HOW TO}:
1- Wash with soap and water before first use
2- Using two hands, hold by the arms and place on the back of the tongue. 3- Apply light pressure and pull forward along the tongue in a scraping motion
4- rinse under cold water
5- repeat 5-7 times or as needed
